China Property: putting 2021 annual figures in perspective. We just published to clients the Real Estate Foresight's monthly China Property report for January. 

The annual data shows a clear drop in land sales/acquisitions and new starts, though the price, volume, investment metrics only decelerate from the prior year, thanks to the strong first half of 2021. The decline in land sales/acquisitions and new starts is at levels similar to what we saw in 2014. 

And now for the Year of the Tiger, we are preparing our 10th annual China property forecast for mid-February.
