China Property: some signs of improvement in the land market as the ratio of completed (transacted) land auctions in the third batches of land sales in 21 major cities (of the 22 under the new centralised rules for land sales) has increased compared to the lows in the second batches. There were bigger differences between the individual cities, though, reflecting select local policy easing.
