As part of Real Estate Foresight's 14th annual China Property Outlook, we hosted a small group meeting earlier today in Hong Kong, where we shared our 2026 forecast for new home sales and new starts, key themes for the year, along with the latest data to stimulate the discussions.

Coincidentally, some developer stocks jumped in the morning on yesterday's local Chinese media reports about the 'three red lines' reporting apparently no longer being required, at least from some developers (not an official statement).
